I am writing to seek clarification regarding a cream I have been using for the past eight months. I am not placing any blame, but I would like to understand whether the product may contain any harmful ingredients, particularly mercury.

When I initially started using the cream, I noticed a change in my facial skin tone. However, over the past two weeks, my skin began to change again, and I developed a large pimple that has not cleared up. Concerned by this reaction, I stopped using the cream immediately.

Could you please confirm whether this cream contains any mercury or other potentially harmful substances? I would greatly appreciate your assistance in helping me understand the cause of this reaction.
